Tingting Zhai received the BSc in Electronic Science and Technology (Optoelectronics) from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2013, and MSc in Optical Engineering from Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Science in 2016. During 2013 to 2014, She studied in Department of Optics and Optical Engineering in University of Science and Technology of China. After graduated, she worked in Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute Company Limited as a researcher for one year on holographic HUD system. Afterwards, she started her PhD in IMTEK at Albert-Ludwigs-Universitat Freiburg in 2018 and L2N, CNRS at Universite de technologie de Troyes in 2019. Her PhD researches focused on plasmonic-enhanced graphene-based electro-optic modulater, photonic tensor core for machine learning on silicon photonics, graphene-based tunable metasurface and nano antennas in MIR and THz regions and hyperbolic metamaterials. She joined in the Photonics Research Group of UGENT-IMEC from 2023.
