Abstract
We introduce a Ge-on-Si sensor optimized at 6.9 µm for liquid-phase analysis. We evaluated its performance for aqueous ammonium detection, achieving a 108 ppm LOD and 10⁻³ AU noise floor. These results confirm its feasibility for real-time, continuous, reagent-free monitoring of ionic species in water. Related Research Topics
