Abstract
We demonstrate an O-band mode-locked laser through heterogeneous integration of a GaAs amplifier on a commercial SiN platform using micro-transfer printing. The device exhibits a threshold current of 80 mA and a repetition rate of 10.6 GHz. Related Research Topics
