Abstract

We present a scalable quadratic nonlinear platform by micro-transfer printing
periodically poled lithium niobate on a 200 mm silicon photonics platform. We achieve
chip-to-chip reproducibility, deterministic phase-matching and establish printable entangled
photon-pair sources.
