Dr. Dongbo Wang received his Ph.D. degree in Material Physics and Chemistry from Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019. His research focused on material growth, waveguide design and characterization of mid-infrared semiconductor lasers. Now he focuses on the mid-infrared integration with Silicon PIC and micro transfer printing of GaSb lasers near 2 μm.
