Abstract
We experimentally demonstrate a silicon photonic S-bent directional coupler achieving a coupling variation of only 0.065 over an 80 nm wavelength range, showing superior broadband performance with a fabrication-friendly minimum feature size of 200 nm. Related Research Topics
