Abstract
We explore the heterogeneous integration of electro-optic materials on silicon photonics using transfer printing. First, we present the integration of lithium tantalate. Then, we discuss advances in scaling the integration of lithium niobate. The results open the way for mature high-speed silicon photonics platforms. |
