Abstract
In this paper I will discuss III-V-on-Si photonic integrated circuits based on micro-transfer printing and other hybrid/heterogeneous integrated approaches. I will discuss the use of the photonic integrated circuits for spectroscopic sensing applications. Related Research Topics
