Abstract
We present a novel integrated PAM-4 modulator based on the vector addition of 2 binary driven parallel GeSi electro-absorption modulators. Clear open eyes at 56 GBaud up to 2 km of SSMF without any DSP are demonstrated. Related Research Topics
