Abstract
A two-dimensional beam steerer on silicon-on-insulator is presented. Steering ranges of 5.5 degrees in one direction and 50 degrees in the other direction have been shown for a wavelength shift of 40nm. The largest measured sensitivity was 10.7 degrees per nanometer wavelength shift. Related Research Topics
