Abstract

A Silicon-on-Insulator (SOl) Differential Quadrature
Phase Shift Keying (DQPSK) demodulator based on a novel Multimode Interference (MMI) design is characterized for a number of operating wavelengths, with results indicating good uniformity and low wavelength dependency.
