  • Fabrication of long-wavelength laserdiodes for light emission above 2um using Sb-containing semiconducting materials, grown by MBE
  • Flip-Chip integration of optoelectronic components

  • Processing of Sb-containing laserdiodes
  • Flip-Chip technology for high density integration of optoelectronic components
