GOA: 

Opto-electronic Micro Arrays

Objective:

  • Research and development on basic technological issues concerning the integration of light sources and electronics in arrays format using the existing know-how on optoelectronic devices (LED’s and laserdiodes), CMOS driver circuits, small displays and integration techniques (Epitaxial lift-off, flip-chip bonding ...)

INTEC's Role:

  • Development of LED-arrays & VCSEL-arrays
  • Flip-Chip bonding
  • ELO-technology
  • packaging
